1. What this service is
TheOnly.ad is a single-page advertising marketplace. Subject to availability, one advertiser can be selected for the whole public page for one UTC day. These Terms apply to visitors, account holders, bidders, and people who submit creative content.
By using an account or submitting a bid, you accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, do not create an account or use the private bidding workspace.
2. Accounts and access
Live access is passwordless. We send a one-time magic link to the email address you provide; TheOnly.ad does not use passwords or OAuth for this flow. Links expire, are single-use, and are tied to the browser challenge that requested them. Keep access to your email and device secure, and tell us if you believe a link or session was misused.
A Create account request may provision a private bidder workspace after the first valid link. A Log in request is for an existing live account and will not silently create one. Sandbox access is an anonymous, bounded test account created only after you accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
3. Daily auction
The auction clock is authoritative in UTC. Bids are denominated in USD and are accepted only while the current auction is open. The public page may show the active creative, auction state, prices, and anonymised bidder or bid signals; it does not publish bidder names or email addresses.
The service may reject late, malformed, duplicate, rate-limited, ineligible, or otherwise invalid requests. A winning bid is not a guarantee that a creative will be published: publication remains subject to review, availability, and the applicable payment and settlement checks.
4. Creative submissions
Submitted images, destination URLs, campaign labels, and alt text must be accurate, lawful, safe to publish, and controlled by you or properly licensed. TheOnly.ad reviews technical and policy requirements before a creative can become active. Uploads remain private while review is pending.
If approved, the active creative and its destination can be visible to public visitors for the scheduled day. You are responsible for the claims, rights, accessibility information, and destination experience in your submission. We may reject, pause, remove, or replace content that is unsafe, unlawful, misleading, unavailable, or inconsistent with these Terms.
5. Payments and settlement
When enabled, card or local-payment checkout is hosted by Stripe. USDC checkout may be hosted by Coinbase or another explicitly identified provider. TheOnly.ad does not receive or store card credentials. The account and auction ledger remains denominated in USD even when a hosted provider displays another local currency or a crypto amount.
Payment providers have their own terms, fees, verification, and settlement timing. A displayed payment option may be unavailable in a particular country or account. We do not promise a payment method, exchange rate, or settlement time. Any refund, cancellation, chargeback, or consumer right is handled under the applicable provider terms and mandatory law; nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
The MVP does not offer withdrawals. Do not deposit live funds until the relevant checkout, legal notices, and settlement controls are explicitly enabled for the production service.
6. Sandbox and pre-launch features
Sandbox is a controlled test environment. It may provide one bounded USD test credit and a server-controlled sample creative so that a user can exercise the bid journey. Sandbox balances and outcomes have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted into a live balance.
Features, limits, availability, and copy may change during pre-launch. Sandbox is not evidence that a live payment or publication flow is available.
7. Acceptable use and service limits
Do not interfere with the service, evade rate limits, probe private endpoints, submit malware or unlawful content, impersonate another person, manipulate an auction, infringe rights, or use the service to target people with abusive or deceptive material. We may suspend access, invalidate a bid, hold a creative for review, or preserve relevant security records when necessary to protect the service and its users.
The service is provided during a pre-launch period and may contain interruptions, errors, or changed availability. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, TheOnly.ad is not responsible for losses caused by unsupported use, an unavailable provider, an inaccurate submission, a compromised email account, or events outside reasonable control. Mandatory consumer and other non-waivable rights remain unaffected.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the product, payment providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the version date above and, where a change materially affects active users, provide a reasonable notice through the service or account email. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply to future use.
The operator identity, production contact channel, and applicable jurisdiction-specific notices will be published before live activation. Do not rely on this pre-launch page as a formal legal-notice address.
